Most replies come after a follow-up.

Which inboxes can I connect?
Any provider that allows SMTP: Gmail with an app password, Outlook, or an inbox on your own domain. Every email goes out from your address, with your name, and replies come back to your inbox.
How many follow-ups are sent, and when?
By default ClosePeak sends the first email and two follow-ups, on day 3 and day 8. You can change the number of steps, the wording and the timing of each one.
Does the sequence really stop when someone replies?
Yes, for Gmail and any inbox that allows IMAP access: ClosePeak checks your inbox every few minutes and stops that lead's sequence when they answer. Automatic replies such as out of office do not stop it. Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com do not allow this kind of access, so with those inboxes you stop a sequence yourself.
Who writes the emails?
You choose for each step: the AI writes a personal email for each lead from what it found on their website, or you write your own text with the business name filled in. Either way the email is signed with your real signature from Settings, never with a name or title the AI made up.
What about unsubscribes and spam rules?
Every email carries an unsubscribe header and every follow-up a visible unsubscribe link. Anyone who unsubscribes is removed from all your sequences straight away.
Which plans include Sequencing?
